The liver is one of the most important organs in the human body.

It not only serves to cleanse the blood of toxins, but it also plays a significant role in digestion, fat breakdown, regulation of blood sugar and the metabolism of many substances essential to the body.

Proper liver function, and especially the removal of harmful substances, thus affects the health of the entire organism.

If it is in poor condition, for example when an excessive amount of fat accumulates in it, this can have serious health consequences for all other bodily organs.

Therefore you should take care of your liver regularly and not only when the first complications appear.

Fatty liver is not only a matter of being overweight or consuming alcohol. It is estimated to affect up to 20% of the total population without symptoms.

Today we will reveal a recipe for a very effective natural drink that will regenerate your liver and cleanse it of fat so it runs like clockwork.

Ingredients

To make the drink you will need the following ingredients:

  • 125 grams of fresh cabbage
  • 2 cm piece of ginger (ginger)
  • 25 grams of celery
  • 10 grams of peppermint
  • 250 grams of fresh pears
  • 1 lemon
  • 500 ml of water

Preparation

1. Cut the pears, cabbage, celery and ginger into small pieces.

2. Put them into a blender along with one glass (200 ml) of water and blend well.

3. Then add the rest of the water (300 ml), the peppermint leaves and the squeezed juice of the lemon.

4. Blend everything well again.

5. Serve the resulting drink in glasses.

Usage

Drink this amazing beverage twice a day – half in the morning and the other half in the evening. You can prepare it at once and store the unfinished portion in the refrigerator for a maximum of 12 hours.

However, take it out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before drinking, because it should not be consumed too cold.

Consume the drink for at least several weeks. The exact duration depends on the severity of the fatty liver.
