Joint pain is today one of the most common reasons, especially among older people, for seeking medical help. We can now describe it as one of the diseases of civilization. Joint pain can vary in nature, intensity and duration.

Just eat
Most people, in the case of joint pain, simply turn to the nearest pharmacy for some painkiller, an analgesic. A pill helps us for a while, but it does not eliminate the cause of the pain, and long-term or frequent analgesics are not suitable for our health. Of course there are natural ways to get rid of joint pain. One of them is a gelatin-rich drink that can be quickly and easily prepared at home if needed.
You will need
- one teaspoon of edible gelatin
- one teaspoon of lemon juice or half a tablet of ascorbic acid
- a cup of water
Procedure
Gradually dissolve the gelatin in warm water and let it stand, add the lemon juice or ascorbic acid and mix thoroughly.
Usage
Drink the freshly prepared beverage as soon as possible. The drink is recommended to be taken daily, on an empty stomach, thirty to forty minutes before breakfast.
Why gelatin?
Gelatin is obtained by processing various connective tissues of animals, especially the skin of beef and pork, bones and cartilage; its main component is collagen protein, and collagen is an important part of our bones, tendons, cartilage, blood vessels, teeth and skin. Although our body is able to produce its own collagen, from the age of twenty-five its production gradually decreases, which continues with age. Therefore it is desirable to prevent or at least eliminate the lack of collagen in our body by using supplied gelatin, for example by using the above drink.
Regular consumption of the drink will not only improve the condition of your joints, but will also spare you tingling, as well as improve the quality of hair, nails and skin. If you combine gelatin with plenty of proper movement, a healthy and varied diet and possible targeted rehabilitation, you are unlikely to suffer from joint pain. Natural sources of collagen are mainly fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel), eggs, spinach and citrus fruits. As for diet, we also recommend foods rich in vitamins A, C and E, selenium and zinc.
