Almost everyone knows bread in egg. It is a quick and cheap dinner that can be improved in several ways. It is a popular dish that won’t disappoint even demanding diners. Besides the classic coating in egg and frying, you can also prepare the dish in other ways.
For the classic recipe you only need bread and eggs — try a variation
If you like the following recipe, you can show it off to your family and friends so they can try it. Otherwise you won’t want to make bread in egg anymore. Prepare a few ingredients; this time you won’t need only eggs and bread. But it’s worth trying new methods to prepare a delicious dinner without spending two hours in the kitchen.
Prepare:
- 4 slices of bread
- Sour cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 slices of salami
- Grated cheese
- Salt and pepper,
The procedure is simple and even a small child can manage it. First prepare the coating mixture – mix the eggs, mustard, garlic and sour cream, finally season with salt and pepper. You’ll end up with a mixture that will be moist and already very tasty. Coat two slices of bread, which place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use cheese and salami, use the coating mixture on more bread
Put the cheese and salami on the slices of bread you have on the tray. Take another two slices, coat them in the mixture and put them on the first two you already have ready. If you have some batter left, you can coat additional slices of bread in it, or pour the mixture over the already prepared breads on the tray. Don’t throw the batter away unnecessarily. And now you can put the breads in the oven. It is a healthier variant that will please even die-hard dieters.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, but don’t time it. You’ll know the breads are done by their golden color. At that moment turn the breads over and likewise watch the other side. Then you can take them out and taste. You will certainly be satisfied; finally you can drizzle the breads with ketchup or another sauce, to taste.
