150 grams of dried plums and raisins
3 cups of hot water
Procedure:
In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the pitted dried plums and raisins.
Cook this prepared decoction in the pot for another 15 minutes, then remove it from the stove.
Consume this decoction each morning by the spoonful, on an empty stomach.
After a few days you should already notice the first changes in digestion and subsequently also in weight loss.
For a quick detox you can also pour boiling water over a handful of raisins and leave them soaked in this water for 24 hours.
Drink the decoction prepared this way each morning for about one month.
