Scientists around the world work day and night to discover some kind of herb, spice, fruit or vegetable that can reliably kill cancer cells.
Cancer treatment
New research conducted by the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Windsor in Canada has discovered something amazing. They found that one common plant, which occurs almost everywhere in the world, can significantly affect deadly cancer cells.
Dandelion and cancer
The dandelion is truly an interesting plant with surprising abilities.
Dandelion properties
- has diuretic effects
- stimulates bile secretion
- cleanses the liver
- helps with allergies
- reduces high levels of cholesterol in the blood
Vitamins
It is rich in various vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, B6, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and also iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and folic acid.
Killing cancer cells
In experiments on cancer cell cultures, scientists discovered that substances contained in the dandelion killed them in an astounding 48 hours.
Scientific study
A clinical study is currently being prepared that will investigate the effect of dandelion root on 30 patients who are mostly in the final stage of leukemia and various types of lymphomas.
Experience
John di Carlo, a 72-year-old patient, underwent intensive and extremely aggressive chemotherapy. After 3 years of unsuccessful treatment, however, doctors sent him home to die.
At that time, on the recommendation of a folk healer, he decided as a last resort to try dandelion root tea.
To his surprise, after 4 months of this treatment he experienced a complete remission of the cancer.
How to process and dry dandelion roots
You can use dandelion root fresh or dried. However, it’s advisable to use a bit more fresh root for tea because it has a larger volume than dried.
Before drying, the root must be cleaned and cut into thin, evenly thick strips.
Then spread the root on paper or another flat surface and place it in a dry place with good ventilation and airflow.
Drying takes 7 to 14 days. You can tell the drying is finished when the roots become brittle.
Move the dried roots into glass, well-sealed containers, where they can be stored for approximately one year.
Usage
Before preparing the tea, it is advisable to grind the dried dandelion root in a coffee or spice grinder to improve and make its infusion more effective.
Then strain the tea and drink it. There’s no need to sweeten it, as it has a pleasant mildly bitter taste.
Take regularly 2 to 3 glasses a day until the health condition improves.
