Nuts contain many nutrients, vitamins and energy. But what about nut shells? What is hidden in them is known only to old people who collect them every autumn and never throw them away.

Nuts

Nut shells are chemically completely neutral biological materials that have no toxic effect on the human body or the environment. But in ancient times people knew about useful properties that they used to treat and prevent various diseases.

They are medicine

Keep nuts on hand in autumn and winter. Colds, flu, cough and dizziness are conditions in which nut shells can help you.
You only need the shells from 12 nuts, 500 ml of water and honey. Wash the shells, pour half a liter of water over them and let steep for 12 hours.
If you want to drink it as tea, just heat the decoction – boil for 5 minutes, then strain and add honey. Drink it like ordinary tea. Another method is to boil walnut shells, without long steeping, for 30 minutes in water and let stand for 15 minutes. This tea is especially suitable for coughs.
