There are many ways to supplement magnesium to the body using artificial dietary supplements, but the best way is to provide magnesium to the body in the form of fresh foods. More and more people are discovering the perfect taste of this food. Many people even grow zucchini in their own garden. Zucchini contains a number of wonderful substances and by eating one zucchini you get 50 mg of magnesium into your body.

Fruit

This does not of course apply to all fruit, but for most we can speak of magnesium content. Such fruits include, for example, raspberries, cantaloupe melon, strawberries and similar. The magnesium content ranges around 30 – 60 mg of magnesium.
