We are increasingly seeing cases where retail chains withdraw certain products from sale due to their defects. Retail chains such as Kaufland or Lidl have gone through such scandals, but now we turn our attention to the retail chain Billa, which is dealing with this problem these days.

The retail company Billa s.r.o. informed its customers on its website about the unpleasant situation the company is currently addressing. Unfortunately, the retail chain is forced to withdraw from sale a product that, after several tests and investigations, is non-compliant. It is quite possible that you have already purchased this product and have it at home.
Billa assures its customers that even without a receipt their goods will be accepted for a complaint and they will be refunded.
Billa asks its customers for understanding and apologizes for everything.
