Sleep brings very beneficial effects to the human body. In many cultures and religions it is associated with many influences of everyday life. During sleep a person feels relief, calm, but also vibrations and we get goosebumps if we sense some signal.

In the Christian world sleep takes the form of a kind of purification. Dreams that appear to us during sleep are interpreted as communication with God himself. 

Eastern cultures believe that during sleep strong energy passes through the body. Energy flows into the body through points that are associated with certain parts of the body.

This is for many of us the most common time to fall asleep. Many people cannot fall asleep properly and this is caused by stress arising from everyday life. So if falling asleep is a problem for you, it is probably caused by strong stress and anxiety.

At this time of sleep the gallbladder is usually most active. Problems with the gallbladder are associated with issues of the emotions. So if you wake up at this time, you should focus on emotional experiences and on what is troubling you.

The organ that is in full function at this time is the liver. If you cannot sleep comfortably at this time, most likely a certain anger is bothering you that you do not want to admit to yourself.
