These days everyone lives in a harmful environment full of toxins, where we are constantly fed foods that are contaminated with synthetic mixtures. In practice it is very difficult to keep a strategic distance from poisons. This means a great risk for our body and health.

Harmful substances in the body

Our body is able to flush many harmful substances and toxins out of the body. But once there are too many of these substances, our body stops managing this process and the toxins begin to settle in our body. 

Toxins

  • Fat-soluble

Water-soluble toxins are immediately flushed out through the kidneys, which filter the blood of our body.
Then there are fat-soluble poisons and these are a bit more resistant. They include pesticides, additives, metals, plastics and other poisons.
They must be metabolically converted into water-soluble substances.
The liver has a key role in this process.

Storage of toxins in the body

Consumed food passes through the stomach. Mineralization and transfer to the small intestine occurs. Here the body absorbs all the essential nutrients from the food. Unnecessary substances such as toxins are further moved to the liver and processed there. 
If this system is damaged, toxins enter the body and it cannot excrete them. If everything is actually in order, fats and toxins are filtered and flushed out of the body.

When toxin flushing doesn’t work

This process can be damaged by diet or stress.
Drying of the intestinal villi can occur, leading to constipation. If constipation persists, mucus forms.
Once mucus accumulates, bowel movements start again, but you will suffer from flatulence and bloating.
At the same time toxins begin to accumulate in the body and are thus deposited in abdominal fat.
It can even lead to diarrhea. This health condition should really be addressed. 
It is a warning that something in the body is really not right.
The body tries to flush out toxins and therefore sends all substances to the liver, but it is overloaded and serious damage may occur.
At this point the body loses its defenses against viruses and bacteria. 

What disrupts the balance

  • Food
  • Too much coffee
  • Acidification
  • Sugary drinks
  • Added substances (colors, stabilizers, additives, etc.).

As a result of this disruption, subsequent health problems may occur that can end fatally. 
If you notice constipation, bloating, heaviness or pain on your body, do not take it lightly. It may be serious damage to this system and it is necessary to start addressing this problem in time.

Gut cleansing treatment

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt
  • 6 dl of water
  • 1/2 glass (1 dl) extra virgin olive oil
  • pressed apple, juice or dietary supplement

Procedure

Before starting this treatment it is important that for 4–5 days you eat many apples and drink lots of apple juice. Alternatively use a dietary supplement with malic acid.
2 days before starting drink 200 ml of apple juice every 2–3 hours.
At the start of the treatment have a light breakfast.

1)  Mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt in 3 cups (6 dl) of clean water at 14:00. Put it in a container or glass jug and store it in the  fridge. After 14:00 do not attempt to eat or drink.

2) Drink 3/4 of a glass (1.5 dl) at 18:00 of the mixture you prepared at 14:00.

3) Drink another 3/4 of a glass (1.5 dl) of the prepared mixture at 20:00. You should then do nothing, simply lie in bed and rest.

4) Pour 1/2 glass (1 dl) of olive oil into the mixture at 21:45. Squeeze the whole grapefruit without the pulp. You can also use a manual juicer if you have one at home.
You should have about 1 to 1.5 dl of citrus juice mixed with 1 dl of olive oil, so a total of about 2 to 2.5 dl. Close the container and shake well until it is thoroughly mixed.

5) At 22:00 try to drink the beverage of this olive oil and citrus juice mixture within 5 minutes. 
Lie on your right side with your right knee up to your chest for 20 minutes.

6) The next morning, after waking, drink the third portion of the salt mixture (1.5 dl water / Epsom). At that time you can stay in bed for a while longer. 

7) Take the final drink 2 hours after drinking the last 3rd part. At this point wait another 2 hours before you start eating.
Therefore it is good to get up at 6 a.m. and finish the treatment by 8 a.m.
