Dates regulate blood pressure
Dates, as we already mentioned, have a high potassium content and a low sodium content, which makes them ideal for high blood pressure.
In addition, 5 to 6 dates contain about 80 mg of magnesium in a natural, easily absorbable form that the body can make very good use of.

Dates for anemia
