What would you say if we told you now that there is one common household spice that can regenerate the intestinal lining, improve digestion, destroy cancer cells, stop a heart attack, or speed up weight loss?

You probably already have such a spice at home, you just don’t yet know about all its healing effects.

Chili spice and its healing effects

Chili spice, also called cayenne pepper or hot peppers, has been used in cookery around the world for centuries. Some folk healers even consider it the most useful medicinal herb of all for the reasons mentioned above.

It contains a high proportion of vitamins A, C, B-complex and also minerals such as calcium and potassium.

Several studies have shown that cayenne pepper can regenerate the lining of the stomach and intestines. It also acts as a catalyst and amplifies the effects of other herbs, especially those used to treat cancer.

Have you ever had mucus start running from your nose after eating spicy food?

The point is that chili spice heats the body, stimulates sweating and also the secretion of fluids from other mucous membranes, such as the lining of the nose that produces mucus.

However, this is not a sinus disease, but a cleansing process by which harmful substances are flushed from the body.

The active compound in chili treats pancreatic and prostate cancer

The active compound in chili peppers is called capsaicin. In 2004 Dr. Sanjay K. Srivastava and colleagues from the School of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh used it to treat pancreatic cancer.

They found that capsaicin affects mitochondrial function and triggers apoptosis (programmed cell death) in cancer cells without affecting the function of healthy pancreatic cells!

The results of this study were published April 20, 2005 in the journal Innovations Reports, where Dr. Srivastava states:

Our results demonstrate that capsaicin is a powerful anti-cancer agent that induces apoptosis in cancer cells and does not harm healthy pancreatic cells. This makes it a promising new chemotherapeutic drug for pancreatic cancer.

In an article published by Reuters on March 16, 2006 titled “Chili peppers in study destroyed prostate cancer cells,” Dr. Seren Lehmann states the following:

Capsaicin has a strong anti-proliferative effect on cell cultures of human prostate cancer. In experiments on mice it was able to neutralize up to 80% of prostate cancer cells by forcing them to commit suicide.

Likewise, researchers in Japan have shown that chili peppers can dramatically slow the growth of prostate cancer tumors and are therefore an excellent complement to alternative methods of treating this type of cancer.

Chili peppers and their ability to stop a heart attack

As if the anti-cancer effects of chili peppers weren’t enough, they can do much more. Their effect on blood vessels and the heart can only be described as a small miracle.

Chili spice literally nourishes the heart and within 30 seconds of consumption can stop even a heart attack that is already in progress.

So if you want something truly powerful in your home medicine cabinet, keep chili tincture there, or simply dried chili spice.

According to Dr. John Christopher:

In my 35-year history of medical practice and from experience working with people and teaching, I have never lost a single patient to a heart attack while on calls.

That’s because I carry cayenne pepper with me everywhere and whenever they are still breathing, I give them a glass of water mixed with 1 teaspoon of this spice.

After it, within minutes, they are figuratively back on their own feet.

Chili peppers and obesity

Another proven effect of chili peppers is their help in fighting obesity.

Results from one study showed that consuming 10 grams of chili peppers with a meal daily helped reduce appetite.

Another study showed that chili spice speeds up fat metabolism.

Long ago chili spice was also used to stop bleeding. Powder was simply poured into the wound. It stings a lot, but it disinfects the wound and also effectively stops the bleeding.

Chili peppers and internal parasites

Many of us (over 90%) have various types of parasites in the body. One of the simplest ways to get rid of them is to drink the so-called “cayenne milk”.

You prepare it by pouring water or juice into a glass and adding 1/4 teaspoon of chili spice. Stir and drink quickly.

Yes, it’s spicy, but over time you’ll get used to it.

Conclusion

As you can see, the amazing healing effects of chili spice are almost unbelievable. It is certainly an extremely useful food that has proven its high value.

According to Dr. Richard Schulze: “If you were to use only one spice in your life, it should be chili. It is more powerful than anything else.”

We personally recommend always having it on hand – whether in the form of a spice or a tincture.

Tincture is made by steeping chili peppers or spice in alcohol, even ordinary 40% vodka will do. It should steep for at least 2 weeks and then the liquid should be strained.
