Jean Shin Jyutsy is an ancient form of Japanese art that helps harmonize body and spirit by stimulating specific points on the hands and fingers.
For those who have not yet heard of this age-old Japanese mastery and philosophy, it is time to become acquainted with them now. It is part of traditional forms of Eastern medicine based on the principle of balancing the energy flowing through the body, which is important for both physical and mental health.
The basis is the following insight. Each finger on the hand is connected to a certain organ, which is also responsible for a specific emotion.
How to perform point stimulation
- If you need to work on a problematic organ, hold the corresponding finger in the whole palm of the other hand and regularly squeeze it. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes.
- At the same time, breathe deeply during this time.
- If you want to work on the whole body, gradually stimulate all the fingers, each for 3 minutes.
