The Tarsell family fought the American government for a full 8 years to prove that the Gardasil vaccine caused their daughter’s death.

21-year-old Christina Richelle “died of an arrhythmia caused by an autoimmune reaction” to Gardasil, the HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine, which she had been vaccinated with only a few days before her death.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services confirmed the court’s final decision:

the Gardasil vaccine from Merck causes autoimmune problems that can lead to sudden collapse and even death.

If a girl had been shot by some madman, it would have been on the front page of every newspaper and people would have organized a march on Washington. But Christina was killed by a vaccine and the whole story is swept under the rug.

As if it didn’t even matter that Gardasil has so far taken the lives of 271 women.

Just in the American reporting system there are a staggering  57 520 cases of adverse effects from the Gardasil (Silgard) product.

If 271 children had died in a shooting at some school, people would fight to ban the possession of guns.

So why aren’t we fighting to ban the Gardasil vaccine – a modern weapon?

The Tarsell family’s case was originally taken up by Vaccine Court . Its compensation system pays out to families who were harmed by vaccination. Vaccine manufacturers pay a special tax for every vaccine they sell.

These funds (business costs) are used to pay compensation to selected families who medically prove that they were harmed by a vaccine.

Such a system protects vaccine manufacturers from being sued in a real court. This ensures that vaccines will continue to be produced “for the good of all of us”.

A court specialist from Vaccine Court initially stated that Mrs. Tarsell’s claim that “Christina’s arrhythmia occurred for the first time only after the administration of the HPV vaccine” was not sufficiently substantiated.

He further declared that “such a claim cannot hold up in court under any circumstances”. He did not examine the Tarsells’ medical records, which showed that Christina had not experienced arrhythmia prior to receiving the vaccine.

The court specialist based his decision on the possibility that Christina’s arrhythmia may have occurred even before it was diagnosed. The medical records, however, confirmed that the girl had not previously experienced arrhythmia.

Even though Gardasil induced Christina’s arrhythmia, the court specialist claimed that the causes of Christina’s arrhythmia are unknown.

The Tarsells appealed directly to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and, after 8 years of fighting, obtained a 22-page ruling from Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams.

Judge Williams commented as follows

The petitioner filed a motion for review of the decision. The decision by which the court specialist denied the petitioner financial compensation is vacated and the case is remanded to the court specialist for further proceedings and decision in this matter.

The Tarsells, who believed for eight years that justice would prevail, received the final judgment from court specialist Christian J. Morgan:

The court’s opinion and order in this tragic case required additional review, which is in accordance with the legal principles formulated by the Court for the analysis of the evidence.

Christina Tarsell died too young. The court ruled that Mrs. Tarsell is entitled to compensation. The parties can expect that a separate order concerning damages will be issued in the near future. “

The court acknowledged that Gardasil does indeed kill.
