This ancient Tibetan medicine helps treat digestive disorders, protects against heart attack and stroke, suppresses tumor formation, improves eyesight, even rejuvenates and guarantees a longer life.
The two main ingredients are garlic and lemon. The preparation should be taken in the morning before eating.
Ingredients
- 300 g of garlic
- 1 kg of whole lemons (finely grate the peel and squeeze out the juice from the inside)
- 1.5 liters of water
Preparation
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and add the grated garlic and lemon zest (also add the lemon juice).
Cover with a lid and bring the water to a boil again. Then let it simmer at reduced heat for 14 to 15 minutes.
Note: During cooking the content of some beneficial substances such as allicin in garlic or vitamin C in lemon is reduced. However, these foods contain many other active substances that are not destroyed by cooking.
When the mixture cools, pour it into a sealable container.
Each morning, for 25 days, drink 50 ml of this beverage. When the remedy runs out, take a 10-day break and repeat the entire process once more.
What to remember
You must strictly follow the daily dose as well as the 10-day break.
After the entire procedure, do not take the remedy regularly, but only if your health condition worsens again.
For a healthy person it is recommended to do such a treatment once or twice a year, at 6-month intervals.

This Tibetan tea helps prevent stress and prolongs your life.
Boil 2 liters of water for 5 minutes and then let it cool to lukewarm temperature.
Then add 5 grams of ground ginger, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, a pinch of chili and a pinch of anise. Mix everything well.
This tea is good to sip throughout the day.
