Today I want to tell you how I didn’t gain a single extra kilogram during the holidays.
The fact is, I do this exercise every day. I once read that it slims the waist, and since then I’ve been doing it for 5-15 minutes a day.
The exercise is therefore very easy. It should be done thoroughly on an empty stomach.
How to perform the exercise
You must stand up straight, shoulder-width apart. Take a deep breath with your „belly“ (I’ll explain: inhale while pushing out your stomach, exhale — you draw in and hold your breath.
You should exhale 5–7 times while doing this. On the last exhale pull your stomach in, raise your arms up (stretch them up) and start moving your hips counting to 8. Make several movements so that it’s comfortable and you have enough air. Repeat the exercise several times; in total you should do 5 minutes. I usually do 15 minutes every day.
Important: the exercise involves breathing techniques that positively affect metabolism and engage the abdominal muscles, the back and the oblique muscles.
