An American court recently, discreetly and without much media attention, quietly confirmed that the combined vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR – measles, mumps, rubella) indeed causes autism.
In a judgment published some time ago, a part of which was kept secret from the public, several hundred thousand dollars were awarded to a little boy. It is compensation for the fact that the MMR vaccine demonstrably led to the triggering of autism in him .
The parents of ten-year-old Ryan Mojabe state that their son first developed encephalitis after he was vaccinated with the MMR vaccine in December 2003.
Encephalitis is on the list of side effects of vaccination in the USA for which compensation is provided. Unlike in Slovakia, where according to our vaccination celebrities allegedly no severe reactions to vaccination occur .
According to Ryan’s parents, the MMR vaccine caused their son encephalitis. This manifests as a neuroimmunologically conditioned dysfunction in the form of asthma and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Link between vaccination and autism confirmed after 15 years of dispute
After Ryan’s case bounced from one court to another for a long time, it finally began to be dealt with by the special vaccine injury court. Ultimately the federal government recognized that his encephalitis was caused by vaccination against measles, mumps and rubella.
This event again confirmed the conclusions reached by Dr. Andrew Wakefield more than 20 years ago , when he studied gastrointestinal disease in children after administration of the MMR vaccine.
“Under the definition of the vaccine law Ryan suffered brain injury, specifically encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) 5 to 15 days after vaccination” , confirmed the US Department of Health. “This case is worthy of compensation” , the department agrees with the view of the court.
The most remarkable thing in this case is that the documents in which the government admits the harm remain secret.
Despite the admission of a causal link between the vaccination and Ryan’s encephalitis, the government and the court have been reluctant to express their opinion to the public whether Ryan’s encephalitis also led to the development of other conditions, specifically autism .
However, the mere fact that these documents remain censored indicates that the government is hiding something important from the public. Something that likely has to do in some way with the link between the MMR vaccine and autism.

In a similar case heard that same month, young Emily Moller of Texas was awarded a huge compensation for damage caused by the MMR vaccination.
According to reports, Emily had a very strong reaction that followed not only the MMR vaccine, but the simultaneous administration of the DTaP vaccine (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis), Hib (HAEMOPHILUS infection) and the Prevenar vaccine (pneumococci).
As in Ryan’s case, authorities admitted that in Emily the vaccination led to autism and other developmental disorders.
These two cases combined with countless numbers of studies published in the USA, South America and Europe prove that the MMR vaccine is not nearly as safe as conventional medicine representatives present it.
Truthfully, everything Dr. Wakefield discovered at the end of the 1990s in connection with the MMR vaccine — the thing that cost him his career and reputation — has proven to be an irrefutable fact.
“There is very little doubt that vaccines can and do cause autism” , Dr. Wakefield recently said from his home in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Wakefield continues:
“There is solid evidence in these children of adverse side effects of the MMR vaccination that include brain damage with subsequent development of the autism spectrum disorders. Now it is only a question of numbers — how many children are affected in this way after vaccination.”

Governments must stop playing word games once and for all. While they bicker, new and new harms to children keep occurring. I hope that for these children they will be able to recognize their gastrointestinal disease and relieve them of their troubles with subsequent treatment. This should have happened long ago. “
