1.Problémy s močením.

Many men have the following problems over the years:

  • the urge to urinate more often, especially at night;
  • urinary incontinence, an urgent need to urinate;
  • difficulty starting urination, weak urine stream.

2. Změny varlat.

If you notice a lump, bumps or any other changes in the testicles, go to the hospital immediately. Unlike a malignant prostate tumor, which develops relatively slowly, testicular cancer grows much faster. Schedule a physical examination, get a blood test and have an ultrasound of the scrotum.

3. Krev v moči.

It can be one of the first signs of bladder cancer, kidney cancer or colon cancer. Even if you have no other complaints, seek help from a clinic. It may turn out that the cause is hemorrhoids or a urinary tract infection, but their treatment should not be delayed either.

4. Něco máte na pokožce.

Have you noticed a change in the size, shape or color of a mole? Or have you found a new gray, pink or pink-yellow spot on the skin? These are the main signs of skin cancer, basal cell carcinoma.

5. Změny v lymfatických uzlinách.

Lymph nodes are small bean-shaped structures that can be felt in some parts of the body. For example on the neck, under the jaw, in the armpits and groin.

6. Hubnutí.
Weight loss is normal if you have started exercising, switched to hard physical work, are on a diet or have been nervous for some time. Otherwise you should be cautious. “Unintentional” weight loss can indicate a wide range of health problems.

7. Horečka.
Fever itself means the body is fighting some infection. But an inappropriate persistent fever may indicate leukemia or another type of blood cancer.

8. Změny hrudníku.
Although breast cancer in men is much less common than in women, do not ignore suspicious symptoms. If you have felt lumps in this area — and even more so if they are accompanied by pain — have them examined as soon as possible.

9. Únava.

Cancer can cause deep chronic fatigue; a month’s vacation in warm places will not help. If you regularly rest and are not experiencing stress, but the feeling of exhaustion does not go away for a long time, consult your doctor.

10. Kašel.

If the symptom persists for more than a month, if you have difficulty breathing or if droplets of blood are brought up from the lungs during the process, you should consult a doctor immediately.
