Cold.
To treat a common or even chronic cough or a blocked nose, take one tablespoon of honey and mix it with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Take it gradually throughout the day for the next 3 days.
Flu.
Honey contains natural substances that effectively kill viruses, thereby effectively preventing the flu or accelerating its recovery time.
High cholesterol.
In a cup of tea dissolve 2 teaspoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Your blood cholesterol level can drop by up to 10% within 2 hours of consumption.
Arthritis and rheumatism.
To treat arthritis and rheumatic pain, take the following mixture twice a day (evening and morning).
Stir 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon into a glass of lukewarm water and then drink it.

Scientists recently found that the combination of honey and cinnamon effectively treats stomach cancer.
Consume 3 teaspoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon daily (divide this into 3 doses of 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon) for 3 months. You can choose the form according to your preferences.
Heart disease.
Mix honey with cinnamon and spread this mixture on bread every morning. It will lower your blood cholesterol level and prevent a heart attack.
Hair loss.
In case of excessive hair loss, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Apply this mixture daily to the areas where your hair is falling out for at least 15 minutes.
Weight loss.
