If you often suffer from a stiff neck or muscle cramps, you know how unpleasant it can be and how it can make many everyday activities difficult.

In today’s article we present a video that shows the mechanism to solve this problem.

It contains a few very simple stretching exercises that will unlock the cervical spine, relax stiff muscles, eliminate pain and restore neck flexibility.

The best part is they achieve the desired result in just 90 seconds.

Try the following 3 exercises:

Exercise No.1

When you have pain on the left side of your neck, place your fingers on the spot where the pain originates and turn your head to the left as far as you can.

Then press your fingers into that spot and move them down the muscle. Repeat this massage 4 to 5 times.

If your neck hurts on the right side, do the same but reversed.

Exercise No.2

The second method is that if you have pain again on the left side, you slightly tilt your head forward and turn it to the right at a 45-degree angle.

Take hold of your head with your right hand and pull down. Hold like this for 15 to 20 seconds. Then pull even harder.

Next, straighten your head and repeat the exercise again, but this time do not tilt your head forward; just bend it normally (do not rotate) at a 45-degree angle.

Do the same if you have pain on the right side of your neck, but bend your head to the left.

Exercise No.3

Make a fist with the hand on the same side as your neck pain and place it on the sore spot.

Now press your head and neck against the fist and the fist against your head. It will be very sensitive, but don’t stop pressing.

This way you stimulate the nerves that lead to the brain. The brain then sends a signal to the muscle to relax and heal more quickly.
