They contain alcohol, but you can also prepare this tonic tincture based on apple cider vinegar.
The benefits of this tincture are:
- Malic acid has very strong antimicrobial effects and it has been shown that it is able to lower cholesterol

Ingredients
- hot chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- a small piece of ginger root
- a small parsley root
- a bit of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Place all the vegetables into a container, but first chop them finely. Pour apple cider vinegar into the container with all the ingredients; it should cover all the ingredients inside.
Cover the container and leave it in a cool place for 2 to 6 weeks. Stir from time to time.
After the time has passed, strain the liquid through a thin cloth. Then place the contents into a dark glass bottle and keep it in a cool, dark place.
Use
Take one glass of the tincture (20 to 30 milliliters) daily. It will help with digestive infections and strengthen your immune system.
Note: Vinegar should be taken in small amounts because it thickens the blood. That means it is good to take it in small, diluted amounts.
