  • 200 grams of red beetroot
  • 200 grams of carrot
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • honey (optional)

 Preparation

  • First clean the carrot, apple and red beet and then juice them in a juicer.
  • Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and the orange.
  • Now mix everything together.
  • If you want, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey for sweetening and to improve the taste.
  • Stir again so that the honey completely dissolves in the juice.

It is best to prepare the juice always fresh – this way it retains the maximum of vitamins and enzymes.

However, we understand that constantly washing the juicer is quite a job. Therefore, you can prepare a larger amount of juice at once.

Keep any unused portion in a glass bottle in the refrigerator, but not for longer than 12 hours. You will achieve the best effect if you drink this juice before a meal on an empty stomach. Preferably in the morning, or before lunch or before dinner.

For acute fatigue, use as needed until it subsides.

In the case of chronic fatigue or other health problems, take 2 to 3 glasses a day for 1 week, then take a week off and subsequently repeat the course.
