In today’s era of stresses, there are increasingly more people, even young ones, who succumb to chronic illnesses, cancer or various other diseases?

Our body is indeed perfect, but it also has its weaknesses.

Triggers can also be stress, mental shallowness, hormonal and endocrine disruptors, parasites, viruses, bacteria, excess sugar, pesticides, heavy metals and the like.

How does the immune system work?

The immune system is designed so ingeniously that it is able to neutralize and eliminate toxins from the body by means of fever, diarrhea or vomiting.
However, if your body is exposed to toxins, even in small amounts but regularly, this can then trigger an autoimmune disease. It is a disease in which the immune system begins to mistakenly attack its own tissues.

Many autoimmune diseases are triggered by diet, for example consumption of sugar, wheat gluten, pesticides, heavy metals or genetically modified foods, which lead to a change in the pH of the internal environment.

For example, using antacids (for heartburn) can slow the secretion of the enzyme pepsin in the stomach, which is necessary for breaking down proteins into polypeptides.

Such undigested proteins then penetrate through the intestinal walls and subsequently alarm the immune system, which regards them as foreign invaders. At this point inflammation develops in the body.

Inflammation is essentially a defensive reaction of the body and usually lasts only a short time.

However, too frequent occurrence of inflammations can lead to long-term chronic diseases.

Autoimmune diseases

The most common autoimmune diseases include:

  • leukemia, lupus, hemolytic diseases
  • diabetic and peripheral neuropathy
  • muscle fibromyalgia and dystrophy
  • thyroid diseases and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis
  • Graves’ disease
  • multiple sclerosis, autism
  • Guillain-Barré syndrome (after flu vaccination)
  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • ankylosing spondylitis, polymyalgia rheumatica
  • pulmonary Wegener’s granulomatosis
  • asthma
  • pancreatitis, diabetes
  • skin eczemas, psoriasis, vitiligo and scleroderma
  • According to classical allopathic medicine, the response to these diseases is immunosuppressants — that is, suppression of the immune system instead of searching for the causes.

Such treatment, however, is counterproductive, because it suppresses our body’s ability to defend itself against foreign intruders. Instead of removing the cause we merely apply a bandage that provokes further unwanted side effects.

Fortunately, there are also purely natural methods that will help you detoxify the whole body and strengthen (or rather optimize) the immune system so that every illness stays far away from you.

Below are specific methods to detoxify the body and support immunity.

1) Diet

You should not consume wheat, gluten, soy, milk, processed and fried foods, any types of genetically modified foods and, if possible, focus on organic foods.

Even many of the aforementioned foods in their natural form are not inflammatory. However, as a result of processing, pasteurization and genetic modifications they become disease-causing foods.

Avoid substances such as sugar, aspartame, MSG (monosodium glutamate), trans fats or hydrogenated and hardened vegetable fats. You should also not overdo it with caffeine and alcohol.

It would help if you kept a diary where you record all the foods you have eliminated.

On the other hand, you should include the following foods in your diet:

  • healthy fats (coconut oil, avocado, fish oil, olive oil)
  • seeds and nuts
  • probiotics (kombucha, organic kefir)
  • Get a home reverse osmosis filter that will remove drug residues, toxins, heavy metals or bacterial spores from the water.

2) Liver and gallbladder detoxification

  • burdock root
  • dandelion root
  • milk thistle
  • red beet
  • Jerusalem artichokes (topinambours)
  • garlic
  • turmeric or curcumin
  • fermented foods
  • castor oil abdominal packs

It is appropriate to include fresh carrot juice and green apples in the diet for at least a week, which will soften any gallstones and prevent their expulsion during the detox cure.

You can also take small shots of olive oil mixed with lemon juice and at night apply castor oil compresses to the abdomen over the liver area.

This recipe has already saved a few people from gallbladder surgery

3) Kidney detoxification

  • horsetail
  • ginger
  • vitamin B6
  • vegetable glycerin
  • parsley
  • cranberries
  • blueberries
  • pineapple
  • bearberry (uva-ursi)

Also extremely effective can be lukewarm water with fresh lemon juice, magnesium, apple cider vinegar and baths in Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).

You should pay particular attention to pesticides, because at higher intake they can even cause kidney failure.

4) Large intestine (colon) detoxification

Ideally you should have a bowel movement 2 to 3 times a day, the absolute minimum is once a day.

An excellent means of cleansing the colon is Indian gooseberry. Coffee enemas are also indispensable.

If you prefer more traditional means, increase your fiber intake. Psyllium, for example, achieves very good results.

During a colon cleanse drink plenty of clean water, aloe vera juice, coconut kefir, eat plenty of plant (preferably organic) foods, ginger, garlic, fennel and, if necessary, occasionally use activated charcoal, which binds and removes toxins from the body excellently.

From vitamins focus primarily on vitamin C, and from minerals on magnesium.

5) Heavy metals

Similarly to what was already mentioned for the colon, a very good means of removing heavy metals from the body is activated charcoal.

Other options are:

  • coriander (cilantro)
  • chlorella
  • spirulina
  • foods high in sulfur (cabbage, onions, garlic and Brussels sprouts)

There even exists a professional intravenous infusion chelation. But it must be performed by a specialist in a medical facility.

Avoid unnecessary vaccines as well, many of which contain heavy metals such as mercury or aluminum.
