As temperatures outside gradually rise, more and more clothing has to come off.
Do you want to get ready so your body looks amazing on the beach? Then it’s high time to get rid of the extra kilos you gained over the winter.
Today we will show you one extra effective diet recommended by a cardiologist.
Diet where you lose 1 kg per day
This diet consists of 3 parts of 5 days each, so it lasts from 5 to 15 days in total, depending on how much you want to lose.
Breakfasts are the same every day and consist of 1 piece of fruit, 1 cookie and 1 glass of tea or coffee without sugar.
For fruit you can choose: orange, pear, peach, melon (1 slice, not a whole melon). Do not eat bananas or grapes.
During the day drink plenty of plain still water.
Day 1
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt
Dinner: 1 tomato or 2 dcl of cooked tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1 lettuce or cucumber salad, 2 cookies
Day 2
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange, 1 cookie, 1 glass of tea or coffee (watch caffeine before sleep) without sugar
Day 3
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 lettuce or cucumber salad
Dinner: 135 grams of cooked beef, 1 orange, 1 cookie, 1 glass of tea or coffee without sugar
Day 4
Lunch: 125 grams of cow’s milk cheese, 1 tomato, 1 cookie
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 cookie
Day 5
Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 cookie
Dinner: 0.5 kg of cooked vegetables (carrot, peas, potatoes), 1 boiled egg, 1 cookie
Days 6 and 7
are a free diet of your choice, then the cycle repeats. Alcohol consumption is forbidden throughout the entire diet.
What results to expect?
After 5 days of the diet you will lose 2.5 to 5 kg.
After a 2-day break you can repeat the diet 1 to 2 more times. After 2 repetitions the total weight loss could reach up to 15 kg, without any negative impact on health.
If you continue eating healthily, the weight should not return. Mainly you should limit sweets and alcohol.
How to maintain your weight?
To maintain weight it is appropriate to follow the following diet at least 1 day a week, for example every Monday:
Breakfast: 1 glass of water with the juice of 1 lemon (no added sugar)
Lunch: 1 apple, 1 cookie
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 cookie
All the listed foods can be consumed cold or warm, but it is important to follow their sequence and not deviate from it. Otherwise the desired effect may not occur.
