Preparation

You should start preparing the breakfast the evening before. Proceed as follows:

1. Put the prunes in a bowl or glass and pour boiling water over them.

2. Cover the bowl with a lid and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile take another bowl and put the cocoa powder, flax seeds and oats into it.

4. Pour in the kefir (yogurt) and mix the whole contents well.

5. Take the bowl with the prunes, pour out the water and mash the prunes, or blend them in a blender until they become a purée.

6. Then add the prunes to the other ingredients, mix everything well again and store in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning take the bowl out of the refrigerator and enjoy your super-healthy breakfast!
