We need:

  • a pot of hot water
  • a banana
  • half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Add one whole banana with the cut end into the pot of water. Then add the cinnamon and bring to a boil. Let it cook for 10 minutes and then take it off the stove. Remove the banana and pour the liquid into a cup. When it cools down a bit, drink it.

Then go lie down and you’ll see that in a matter of seconds, or at most a few minutes, you’ll fall asleep.
