You may not believe it, but sweat can suppress and eliminate infections.
A substance known as dermcidin, which is found in human sweat, is responsible for neutralizing harmful bacteria before they penetrate into the inside of the body.
However, when you use antiperspirants that block sweat production by clogging pores, you disrupt this entire process.
The result is that harmful bacteria grow and multiply on your skin.
These bacteria then pass through the skin, enter the bloodstream and from there the whole body, where they can cause various illnesses.
Prevent harmful bacteria from penetrating the body
To prevent the body from being contaminated by pathogenic bacteria, you should stop using antiperspirants and commercial deodorants, because they contain many toxic substances.
Toxins from cosmetics can often be the cause of diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, damage to the reproductive organs, or even cancer.
The truth, however, is that we can’t just go around like that, since nowadays body odors are socially unacceptable.
But how to achieve this without commercial cosmetics?
The solution may therefore be to use certain natural substances that can effectively suppress odors.
And one of the most effective natural deodorants is the lime.
Limes are not only completely safe to use and have no side effects, but they are even more effective than commercial products. Up to twice as effective!
Limes have an amazing ability to stop the formation of odor, unlike conventional deodorants which only mask odors with another scent.
How to use limes as a deodorant
Take a freshly ripe lime and cut it in half. Take one half and rub it on your armpit in the usual way.
Repeat the same process on the other armpit.
Before you put on a T-shirt or shirt, let the liquid dry. This also gives the citric acid from the limes and the dermcidin enough time to start working.
And that’s it! That will ensure freshness for several hours. During the day you can repeat the described process once more.
In the meantime, store the limes for example in a sealable plastic container.
How it works
Basically sweat itself doesn’t have an unpleasant smell. That smell is caused by bacteria and fungi that are found on the skin, which multiply and break down the sweat.
The substances found in limes ensure that the reproduction of these bacteria is suppressed and thus the formation of odors.
