Knee pain can sometimes be truly unpleasant and significantly worsen the quality of our life.
It is usually a common symptom of osteoarthritis. It is a condition where the cartilage that forms the inner lining of the joints has worn down and the bones then begin to rub directly against each other. This further damages them and causes severe pain.
The pain often does not stop and lasts all day and night, which makes it impossible to carry out many common activities. It is estimated that in older age up to 50% of people suffer from this health problem.
If you have so far thought that removing this pain is difficult or impossible, you were mistaken!
There is one very simple and at the same time effective technique that will help you get rid of this pain in a short while.
It is not permanent, the pain may return after some time, but by repeating this technique you can always at least relieve it for a while.
A more lasting solution involves taking dietary supplements that support the regeneration of the knee joint tissues, such as chondroitin sulfate or gelatin.
However, when the pain is severe, people are always most interested in how to get rid of it as soon as possible. And this technique is intended exactly for that purpose.
Technique for quick relief from knee pain
Whenever you feel pain in the knee, it means that the space between the bones has decreased and the bones are starting to rub against each other too much.
You will therefore need to slightly increase this space, or rather gently separate the bones from each other, which you will achieve with this truly simple technique.
The whole process is illustrated by the following video in English (a Czech translation is below the video):
For those of you who do not understand English, we have a brief translation.
Proceed as follows:
Take a towel and fold or roll it. Then sit on a chair or armchair, place the towel under your knee as high as possible toward the hollow, bend your leg at the knee and rest your foot on the chair.
Now begin to tense the calf muscle and squeeze the towel with it. After a few seconds relax the muscle again and repeat this exercise for 1 to 2 minutes.
After finishing it you should immediately feel relief from the pain.
Perform the exercise as needed and depending on the intensity of the pain several times a day or whenever you begin to feel pain in the knee.
