Cysts are benign formations that develop on various organs and cause several complications, such as pain, discomfort, or reduced organ function.
The most common solution for cysts is their surgical removal, which, however, brings its own risks. After all, it is a significant intervention into the body.
However, there is one recipe that can, over time, naturally help the body to remove cysts on its own. Its basis is spelt sprouts.
How spelt sprouts work
Sprouts contain chlorophyll, which enriches the blood with hemoglobin and thereby increases its ability to carry oxygen.
Better-perfused tissues then regenerate more easily.
Additionally, juice from spelt sprouts contains over 300 enzymes, including relatively rare ones that are found in the human body only shortly after birth.
As one ages, their quantity in the body decreases due to stress, poor diet, and environmental influences.
By drinking juice from spelt sprouts you thus restore the body’s original regenerative power.
Moreover, these sprouts contain a relatively high amount of vitamin B17. It is a known vitamin with strong anti-tumor effects, which also works on cysts.
It should be noted, however, that spelt sprouts are effective only when consumed fresh or frozen. After cooking they lose most of their beneficial effects.

Recipe
You will need the following items:
- a juicer for sprouts
- fresh spelt sprouts (10 to 15 cm long)
- a tray for 72 ice cubes
Procedure and use
Juice the sprouts, pour the juice into the ice tray, and place it in the freezer.
Each day you will need to defrost and drink 1 cube of spelt sprout juice.
Simply take it out of the freezer in the morning, put it into a glass, let it thaw, and then drink it either straight or diluted with water.
If you want, you can also prepare fresh juice every day, but it will be more time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Because you would have to disassemble and wash the juicer each time. Therefore it is simpler to prepare juice for several days in advance.
