Khristo Mermerski is a Bulgarian professor, doctor and the author of dozens of books on healthy nutrition. He believes that aging is not a natural process, but a disease! We ourselves begin to pity our body and thus become hostages of various illnesses.

The professor stresses that we should carefully monitor our diet: “Eat healthily, enjoy every moment of life and be healthy.”

He identified several groups of foods that we should include in our daily meal offerings.

Vegetables, fruit, yogurt and wine. Yes, wine belongs there too, but this doesn’t mean liters a day. The professor is sure that such a diet helps speed up the metabolism, as a result of which a person can lose a few kilograms.

Healthy diet for weight loss

Yogurt
You may be surprised, but many people from Japan, China and Korea have for centuries begun their day with this product. You can add 1 PL of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 40 drops of propolis tincture. If you are very hungry, add 1 banana.

 

Vegetables
Regularly prepare a salad of carrot, garlic and sour cream. This dish is the best substitute for expensive vitamins from the pharmacy. Grate 1 carrot and finely slice 2–3 cloves of garlic. Mix and pour sour cream over it.

 

Wine
The compounds contained in red wine slow down the aging process not only on the skin, but throughout the body. Every day you should allow yourself at most 50ml of dry red wine. You can also use it when preparing a meat dish.

 

Fruit
At the beginning of the last century people ate 5 times less sugar than today. We have become hostages of carbohydrates. Sugar is everywhere: in carbonated soft drinks, juices, sweets and baked goods. Instead of excessive consumption of harmful carbohydrates, prepare natural juices from fruit pulp.
