Cramp – involuntary contraction of a muscle or group of muscles, which is accompanied by severe pain. There can be several causes: stress, fatigue, lack of magnesium in the body, hypothermia, or even varicose veins.
They most often occur at night, when the body is completely relaxed.
This happens due to an incorrect body position in bed and poor blood circulation in the muscles. If you want to get rid of the sharp pain, sit on the bed and pinch the affected areas several times. Then you should stand up and massage the calf muscle.
Get rid of persistent cramps by regularly taking vitamins and also a salve made from petroleum jelly and celandine juice.
Procedure
- Mix celandine juice and petroleum jelly in a 1:2 ratio
- Every day apply this homemade salve to the places where cramps occur.
- In a month you will notice that the frequency of cramps has significantly decreased. For an even greater effect, give yourself a small warm-up every evening before going to sleep.
