Why torment your body with a diet that is more likely to do harm than help?

Detox soups are the right solution! Cleanse your body of toxins, strengthen your immune system and improve nutrient absorption.

You may be surprised, but this is not a cleanse that lasts several weeks or months. Everything will take only 3 days and you will need to prepare 3 different soups. Each day you will try a new dish and enrich your body with important nutrients!

Broccoli soup:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the garlic and onion and wash the broccoli florets under running water.
2. Take a deep-sided pan and pour in the olive oil. Wait until it heats up and then add the onion and garlic. Sauté, add the broccoli and let it simmer until the broccoli is bright green.
3. Add the water and wait until everything starts to boil. Season with salt and pepper, cover and let simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
4. When the soup is ready, pour it into a blender or use an immersion blender and add the chopped arugula. Blend until smooth and thick. Done!

Carrot and ginger soup

  • 500 g carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 700 ml chicken broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and seasoning

Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and grate the ginger.
2. Sauté the onion and ginger in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
3. Cut the carrots into cubes and add them to the onion and ginger. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
4. When the carrots are soft, remove the pot from the stove and blend everything into a puree with a blender. Then add the cream, salt and pepper.
5. Return the thickened soup to the stove and cook for another 5 minutes. You can serve the soup with chopped dill and croutons.

Lentil soup

  • 450 g lentils
  • 60 g celery stalks
  • 60 g shallot
  • 10 g garlic
  • 500 ml potato stock
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 liters water
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 5 g coriander
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • Salt and seasoning

Instructions
1. Clean the potatoes, cook them and drain. Do not throw away the stock!
2. Finely chop the celery, shallot and garlic. Fry everything in olive oil. Add the rinsed lentils and the potato stock. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. Slice the tomatoes, add them to the soup and let cook over low heat until done.
4. Heat the soy milk to 90 ° С and stir it into the finished soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can garnish the finished soup with chopped coriander.
