– Combine the above products according to this principle: chicken with vegetables, fish with barley porridge. The porridge should be the size of a fist.

– Bake apples without adding sugar. Combine them with cottage cheese (250g) for breakfast or dinner.

– Fluids during the day: at least 1.5 liters of still water, green tea, coffee without sugar.
