The diet promises that with its help you can lose up to 5 kilograms in a week without having to exert any special effort or drastically change your lifestyle.
How to easily and quickly lose weight with the help of the morning banana diet
The only thing you need to do to kickstart the weight-loss process in your body is eat bananas in the morning and drink a glass of lukewarm water.
Besides that you don’t have to do anything else and, as the author of this diet states, you can basically eat whatever you want during the day.
In the past the author tried to lose weight in various ways but unsuccessfully.
He therefore decided to make a detailed list of all the diets he had tried and the results he achieved with them.
He then compared this data with the knowledge and experience of his wife – a pharmacist and trainee in preventive medicine.

Bananas are rich in resistant starch, which stimulates weight loss because during digestion it passes directly to the large intestine.

Exact procedure of the diet
To sum it up, follow these steps on this diet:
1. In the morning first drink a glass of lukewarm water to kickstart your metabolism.
2. Then wait 1 hour and afterwards eat a banana or bananas.
3. Wait 20 minutes and if it hasn’t made you feel full you can eat another banana.
4. Between then and lunch do not eat anything and only drink plain water.
5. You can eat whatever you want for lunch.
6. Between lunch and dinner you may only eat fruit. Dinner, however, is again unrestricted.
The diet’s author states that although you can eat what you want during the diet, he recommends avoiding dairy products and alcohol.
You should also go to bed early because, as studies have shown, staying up late contributes to weight gain.
Therefore never go to bed later than midnight. Ideally it would be around 10 pm or even earlier.
