Ingredients:
1 šálek jablečného džusu
2 lžíce citronové šťávy
1 lžíce zázvorové šťávy
1/2 lžičky mořské soli
1/2 šálku (1 dcl) teplé vody
Preparation:
1) First, juice all the fruit and root vegetables.
2) Pour 1 dcl of water into a pot and heat it. Nenechte ji však přivést až do varu.
3) Pour the heated water into a glass and add the sea salt.
4) Stir well until the salt dissolves. If the water is hotter than drinkable, let it cool a bit.
5) Finally, pour in the apple, lemon, and ginger juices and mix everything well.
