Cancer is the most feared disease that exists. The reason is that it is very insidious, it can appear in anyone, anytime and anywhere, and it should be added that there is no one hundred percent successful cure for it.
That is why many people are worried about it. As with any other disease, it also applies here that if it is caught at an early stage, the chance of a cure is quite high. Therefore prevention is especially important. It is good to pay attention to your body and anything unusual.
Of course we do not mean to say that any of the 15 signals will point directly to cancer, but if they do appear, it is wise to be cautious.
Stool
Watch what comes out of you. If the stool is too loose, that is not a natural state. Likewise, it is not natural if you are constipated and do not have a bowel movement for several days in a row, even if you are eating normally.
Urine
Notice any pain that may occur when urinating. If there is burning, itching, or stinging, this also indicates that this area of your body is affected. It could be the ureter, the bladder, and in men it could also be the prostate.
Bruises
Do they appear on different parts of your body? And without hard contact with another object? That is, without you having hit that spot before? If so, a visit to the doctor is also appropriate.
Blood
As soon as it appears without a cause, it is quite a big warning that something is not right. Bleeding from the nose can often appear without cause, or for example blood in the stool or blood in the urine. It is also good to find out whether any wounds bleed more than usual.
Lumps
Watch the skin of your body and check by touch whether various lumps appear on your body. They can have many causes – for example, it can be a fatty lump. The correct diagnosis will always be made by the doctor you see for the problem.
Heartburn
It is common for it to appear after a heavy or fatty meal, and it can also appear after alcohol. If you suffer from heartburn daily even though you eat properly and healthily, this warning should not be underestimated. There may be something wrong with your digestive tract.
Skin moles
This includes the appearance of freckles as well as various moles. Either in connection with places where nothing was there before, or in connection with these formations enlarging or changing their shape. That too is a sign that you should see a doctor.
Hair growth
Has your body hair started to grow much more and more intensely than before? Or do you notice that you have to visit the hairdresser much more often? This condition may indicate hormonal changes associated with another problem.
Skin problems
There can be a whole range of them. For example, dry skin, its excessive damage, as well as redness and increased sensitivity. Anyone who has never suffered from something like this and now begins to suffer should be on alert.
Pain
It does not matter what it concerns. It can be muscles, it can be the head, as well as, for example, joints or the back. If pains trouble you more often and more than before, and you cannot find a logical cause, it is definitely not normal. On the contrary.
Fever
If you are not having a cold or suffering from another illness, the temperature should be constant, up to 37 degrees Celsius. But what if it is higher? Or even a fever? It can be a sign that your body is beginning to fight something that should not be in the organism.
Weight loss
You may think that it is good that you are losing weight. The opposite is true. If weight reduction is without cause, even though you continue to live the same lifestyle, it may indicate that something else is consuming your energy. With a doctor you can find out what that might be.
Cough
As with fever, it is appropriate first to rule out a common cold or a similar problem associated with an ordinary illness. A cough without a cause that recurs and lasts a long time is something that needs explanation.
Swollen lymph nodes
These are the so-called lymph nodes, which are in various places on the body. Swelling can be identified relatively easily. Namely by the fact that those places are tender, and that the area is noticeably swollen and enlarged. Problems with the lymphatic system should not be underestimated either.
Weakness
Are you eating less than you should, not overexerting yourself, in good physical and mental condition and yet feel general weakness? If exhaustion and associated phenomena appear every day, it is appropriate to address why this is so. If it is not due to a change in lifestyle, it is certainly due to some problem.
