In today’s hurried times we increasingly turn to fast food or foods that will fill us for at least a few minutes, even though they contain no health-beneficial substances. We simply feel hungry and at that moment only one thing matters: not to leave the stomach empty. However, we bring you a list of a few foods that you should reach for only rarely or preferably not at all:

French fries, chips and fried foods

In general we could say that all foods fried in oil are considered the most harmful. The reason is the carcinogenic substance acrylamide, which forms at high temperatures, as frying certainly is.

white baked goods

It is no surprise that the basic ingredient of white baked goods is white flour, which can cause real havoc in the body. It contains gluten, which is hard to digest. In extreme cases it even clogs the intestines, which can lead to serious health complications.

Sweets including chocolate

You don’t have to worry if you can’t imagine a day without a bar of chocolate. Not every chocolate belongs to the unhealthy group. It is mainly sweets and chocolates that contain palm fat and refined sugars. Palm oil damages internal organs (pancreas, large and small intestine).

These kinds of drinks are especially popular with younger generations. They can be sweet, tasty and provide energy, but at the same time they contain a huge amount of sugar. Fizzy sweetened drinks, however, usually contain sweeteners that are much more dangerous than ordinary sugar. It is mainly the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is 200 times sweeter than sugar.
