Are your feet not exactly in good condition? That can be easily remedied. IF YOU have at your disposal a lemon, a banana, a little vegetable oil and petroleum jelly, you are saved. This arsenal will put your heels back in order!
Summer is slowly retreating and with it goes the season of open shoes. Are you thinking that you finally won’t have to spend so much time caring for your feet? Well of course, small imperfections in a pedicure are masked by socks, but what about your cracked heels? With them there can be no talk of comfort! Fortunately there are home methods of quick repair that promise the best results. Which will you prefer?
Lemon nourishing mask with a rosy touch
For this recipe you will need a teaspoon of lemon juice, the same amount of pure glycerin (you can find it in drugstores or online) and a teaspoon of rose water. MIXING the mentioned ingredients will create a nourishing mask, which you apply to the feet, slip into cotton socks and leave on overnight. In the morning rinse the feet with lukewarm water.
Vegetable oil, an accessible help
You can safely entrust your feet to THIS common kitchen ingredient.
Oil almost immediately softens dry heels, and also removes dead skin cells.
Rub the “lubricant” on and gently massage the affected areas. For optimal results repeat this treatment several times.
Banana? It’s not only for eating
Did you know that any fruit can actually be used to treat damaged heels? But specifically banana has strong healing properties. Ripe banana flesh removes dead skin, repairs imperfections and softens hardened skin. Just place a piece of the fruit on the “scene” and wait about ten minutes. The effect will be amazing!
Paraffin wax, a cosmetic miracle
Paraffin wax is one of the best remedies for treating feet. IF you don’t know where to get something like this, we recommend looking in online shops. You can choose from many variants there. Once you have it on hand, combine it with coconut oil, heat the mixture and melt it in a pan. Once it cools, rub the “cream” into your heels and let it do its work, ideally overnight.
Vaseline with lemon, a guarantee of success
Before you start this procedure, make sure that your feet are perfectly clean, i.e. free of dirt. Then mix a teaspoon of petroleum jelly with lemon juice and rub the mixture into the skin. What does not absorb, wash off with water after twenty minutes.
