People think that existing tooth decay cannot be removed other than by drilling the tooth and placing a synthetic filling at the dentist.

That is not entirely true. Teeth have a natural ability to regenerate. If tooth decay is not yet very advanced, there is hope to heal it naturally.

There is a way to achieve this. However, you will have to make some changes to your diet.

Of course, diet alone will not be enough.

3. Oil rinsing of the mouth
