Coronavirus is the topic of these days and the days, weeks and possibly months to come. The new type of coronavirus is attacking the entire planet and has already claimed many human lives. It began spreading from China, but the current epicenter is Europe. We, as Europeans, are therefore in potential danger and must protect ourselves from the virus. To that end it is necessary to follow safety measures, hygiene habits and above all be responsible to ourselves and others. Crucial, however, are the hygiene habits that we must follow very strictly. Among them is washing hair, which of course everyone does. Experts have, however, found that washing hair is currently necessary more often.
Strict hygiene is a must
Hair requires the same care as our whole body. There are people who wash their hair regularly every day because they want to have beautiful, healthy and strong hair. However, it is not entirely necessary to wash our hair every day under normal circumstances. Their structure can withstand it for two to three days. At present, however, the situation is changing and hygiene regulations are much stricter. Washing hair is among them too, and therefore we should wash it much more often.
Hair as a carrier
Hair are carriers of bacteria, dirt, dust and other materials that we do not want on us. If we often go outside and come into contact with other people, then the likelihood that our hair will pick up dirt is very high. If we also have longer hair, the probability is greater. Doctors have now determined how often it is necessary to wash hair with regard to the coronavirus pandemic.
From hair to the pillow
Coronavirus is transmitted by droplets, and these droplets have a strong tendency to stick to hair.
They can then get onto clothing, the mouth or the face. For this reason it is advisable to wash your hair every day, especially if you work with a larger number of people or move around in risky areas, for example on public transport or in a store. We can transfer the virus to our pillow and then become infected by it. Therefore wash your hair every day and thus reduce the risk of infection from this viral killer.
