Ingredients

To prepare it you will need the following ingredients:

  • 700 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 dcl peeled and crushed garlic
  • 0.5 dcl finely chopped onion
  • 2 fresh chili peppers (the spicier, the better)
  • 0.5 dcl grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons powdered turmeric
  • one glass container with a capacity of 1 liter (for example a canning jar)

If you want to prepare a smaller amount of the preparation, for example only 0.5 liter, then use half the doses of all individual ingredients.

Procedure

Follow these steps:

1. Place all the ingredients into the glass container and pour in the apple cider vinegar up to the point where the neck begins to narrow (a few cm from the top edge).

2. Stir everything well.

3. Close the container and place it in a dark and dry place, for example in the pantry.

4. Let the entire infusion stand for approximately 2 weeks. Occasionally stir the contents — either by swirling the bottle or by opening it and using a spoon.

5. After 2 weeks, strain the contents through cheesecloth, some cloth, or a funnel with a strainer. For best results it is advisable to squeeze the remainder through the cloth so that all the juice comes out.

6. Store the strained liquid again in a sealable glass container.

7. Done. Your most powerful natural antibiotic is ready!

Usage

As we have already stated, this is a very strong remedy, so use it in moderation and with caution. It has a very strong and pungent taste.

Take 1 tablespoon daily (equivalent to 3 teaspoons). It is best to divide the daily dose into 3 parts, i.e. 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.

If you wish, you can take it directly and to mitigate the taste eat a segment of an orange afterwards. However, if it is too strong for you, you can dilute it in a glass of water.

In the case of acute or severe infections you can increase the dosage to 6 times daily at 2 teaspoons each.

For prevention and treatment of the chronic conditions mentioned in the introduction (arthritis, gout, high blood pressure, cholesterol and similar) it is sufficient to take 1 teaspoon daily long-term.
