It is best to put these pads on your feet in the evening, before sleeping. Leave them on your feet throughout the night and in the morning you will see whether the detoxification took place. Usually these pads are completely dark in the morning, which proves that they did their job well.
Ion detox bath
The principle of this bath lies in electrolysis and also in the ionization of warm and cold water, where the polarity alternates. Due to the electric current, the molecules of salt water change and are converted into ions. Detoxification using salt
What will you need?
1 cup Epsom salt
2 cups baking soda
1 cup sea salt
Place all the ingredients in hot water, bring to a boil and simmer briefly. Fill the tub with hot water, add apple cider vinegar and the boiled salted water. Place your feet in the tub for about 30 minutes.
Detoxification with peroxide
What will you need?
1 tablespoon dried ginger
2 cups hydrogen peroxide
Fill the tub with hot water and add the ginger powder and the peroxide. Place your feet in the tub for about 30 minutes.
Detoxification using bentonite clay
What will you need?
½ cup bentonite clay
½ cup Epsom salt
Stir the salt into hot water. Add the bentonite clay to the salted water and mix. Fill the tub and add the water with the salt and clay. As with the previous baths, soak your feet in the bath for about 30 minutes.
Scrub detox
What will you need?
1 cup Epsom salt
4 – 5 drops lemon essential oil or lemongrass
2 drops peppermint essential oil
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Apply the prepared mixture to the entire soles of your feet and massage. The mixture has a coarse texture, which removes dead skin and other imperfections, thereby providing a great detox.
