1 green apple

50g blueberries
300ml water

Preparation:

 Peel the raw red beet.
2.)  Peel the apple and remove the core.
3.)  Peel the ginger and grate it.
4.) Wash the blueberries and finely chop the apple and red beet.
5.)  Mix all the ingredients and blend them until a puree forms.
6.)  Add the water and stir the mixture. The drink is ready.
