Japanese women are often said to look young and beautiful. Allegedly they owe it to a recipe passed down for centuries, the basis of which is rice.
And indeed, after testing this rice recipe it seems that it really has the effect on appearance that is attributed to it.
How rice benefits the skin and the body
Rice is very rich in linoleic acid and squalene.
Both of these substances are powerful antioxidants and additionally stimulate collagen production, which slows the formation of wrinkles.
In addition, squalene from rice protects the skin from the harmful effects of excessive exposure to UV rays from the sun.
Rice is also a rich source of vitamin E and gamma-oryzanol. These are known for their ability to protect the heart and reduce levels of bad cholesterol in the blood.
Unfortunately, many people outside Japan do not yet know these properties of rice, which are now also scientifically confirmed.
When it comes to rejuvenating the appearance of the skin, rice really works small miracles. You will best convince yourself of this if you make and try this mask.
So let’s take a closer look now at the recipe that will smooth your wrinkles and give your skin a new lease on life.
