If you have a cavity, you don’t have to rush to have it filled, but you can try to regenerate the tooth. Of course, a cavity cannot be completely removed, but you can stop its spread and strengthen the tooth enamel. Of course, rule number one is regular hygiene, however there is an absolutely miraculous help from nature that only a few know about. This is not a new thing; our great-grandmothers used this long before dental offices began operating. It’s worth a try!

2 things that can do wonders – and you have them completely free!

You only need two things: the root of comfrey and shells from home eggs. Eggshells are used because they contain up to 27 minerals and a lot of calcium, which is essential for tooth regeneration. The composition of eggshells is actually very similar to the composition of teeth and bones. The comfrey root is miraculous for the oral cavity because it accelerates the growth of dental tissue, strengthens it and treats gum disease.

How to use them for tooth regeneration?

If you want to regenerate your teeth, you should eat one shell of an organic egg daily. The simplest is to prepare a calcium powder from the shells, or even calcium tablets. It’s completely simple and a teaspoon a day is enough – added for example to coffee or yogurt and you’re covered for calcium and vitamins in their natural form.

Teeth and gums also need comfrey root . The root can be fresh or dried – if it is dried, simmer it lightly for about 10 minutes to rehydrate it. Then blend about 2.5 cm of root with a few tablespoons of water to create a liquid mixture. Roll this in the mouth and between the teeth for about 15-20 minutes. Then spit it out.

Usage

If you use comfrey root this way once a day, you will likely see results within a few weeks. Many cavities can improve this way within a few weeks – they will stop spreading and the pain should disappear. And the best part is that when the teeth heal, you don’t have to rush to the dentist and have fillings in your mouth for the rest of your life.

Notes: comfrey root may place higher demands on the liver, so anyone with liver problems should avoid it. Once your teeth have regenerated, you should stop using comfrey so you don’t overdo it.
