Moths moved into the pantry cupboard in my kitchen. I’ll give you some great tips. Because I definitely didn’t want to spray chemicals on food, I started searching the internet and found this great idea. I would like to thank the author very much and can also confirm that thanks to this method I effectively drove the moths out of the pantry at lightning speed and never saw them again.
Home remedy against moths
This recipe is very simple and will help keep moths well away from your belongings and furniture. And it’s great for people who are bothered by the smell of vinegar — this one smells good too!
We’ll need
- Filtered water – 200 ml
- Cloves – 20 to 30 for the area
- Regular alcohol – 300 ml
How to do it?
Boil the water and add the cloves to it – boil for 5–10 minutes. Then pour into a bottle and let cool. Finally, just add the alcohol, mix, and that’s it. Spray it into the cupboard where the moths are bothering you. It is also an excellent prevention against pests — it helped me with the moths, and reportedly also works against other pests. Some people spray window and door frames so spiders and beetles can’t get inside. Try it, I definitely recommend it to you. 🙂
