For bulbous plants

We sprinkle the dried and crushed plant on the soil before planting bulbous plants such as tulips and gladioli. It works as a natural disinfectant and pest repellent.

If aphid larvae appear on them, you can also dust the plants with powder made from crushed dried parts of the plant.

Aphids can’t stand vlaštovičník and will definitely disappear.

Disinfecting flower bulbs

To protect plants from pests you can treat bulbs with an infusion of vlaštovičník. 150 g of crushed dried plant, pour 5 liters of water over it and let it steep.
