Preparation of the delicate dough
In 250 milliliters of warm milk we dissolve 50 grams of yeast. Next we melt 100 grams of butter separately, which we then add to the milk and stir. Then add half a cup of sugar and three eggs. Mix this whole mixture. Take 800 grams of wheat flour, which we mix with vanilla sugar if we are using it. Then combine it with the milk and egg mixture. Add half a tablespoon of salt along with a little vegetable oil. At this point we can begin kneading the dough. When it is kneaded sufficiently, take a bag into which we will later place the dough, and grease its sides thoroughly with vegetable oil. Now we can put the dough into the bag. It is very important that you leave enough space in the bag with the dough so that it has room to expand. The bag must be tightened strongly so that not a single drop of water gets into it during the next step. Once the bag is tightened, we place it into a pot with cold water. We leave it in there for one hour. After this time has elapsed we check whether there is still space for the dough to expand. If yes, we leave the dough in the water. If not, it is time to take the dough out. Whether you bake rolls or small cakes, thanks to this recipe you will achieve an amazing fluffiness of the dough.
