Don’t let it limit you at work, when traveling, or while spending free time with your family.
Pain is not the only symptom
Inflammation of the sciatic nerve is an unpleasant and often recurring condition that can easily disable you. If you are one of those who suffer from these crazy pains, you will certainly seize every opportunity to get rid of it. You are in luck. There is a way to achieve this even without chemicals or medication. Moreover the following method works very quickly. But pain is not the only symptom you may notice. Among the other main symptoms are:
- uncomfortable sitting,
- a feeling of heavy legs,
- numbness of the legs,
- tingling etc.
Stick to the simple procedure and you’ll be fine
The method should be performed before going to bed so that you do not strain your legs afterwards. Start by pouring hot water into a bucket. The water should be at a temperature your feet can tolerate. Then add a handful of salt and apple cider vinegar. Mix everything and place your feet in the hot water. Leave them there until the water cools down. Meanwhile you can read something or watch your favorite series.
Then take your feet out, rinse and dry them. Immediately put on warm socks so your feet do not cool down too quickly. In the morning rinse with warm water and calmly start your day. The pain should disappear or be greatly reduced already after the first treatment. As a prevention you should repeat the procedure at least once every six months, or when problems occur. Of course they may appear earlier, so don’t wait and fill a bucket with hot water.
