Who wouldn’t want to lose a few kilos. Although the swimsuit season is over, that doesn’t mean you don’t need to keep in good condition. It’s not enough just to move. If you want your body to use fat stores, you must choose a suitable meal plan.

Some foods are more suitable for a reduction regime than others. You could even say that proper nutrition is much more important than regular exercise. Sometimes injuries and temporary mobility limitations can occur. But that doesn’t mean you have to gain weight. Try our tip and you’ll see how quickly you’ll go from size XL to M. It is important that you follow two rules:

  • start the day with a hearty breakfast
  • don’t overeat – eat moderately

The meal plan is the most important

 Breakfast alone will not guarantee you weight loss. If you have our menu in the morning but later treat yourself to pizza for dinner, you’ll hardly reach the desired number on the scale. Therefore it will be best if you completely give up fried foods and frequent consumption of baked goods. These foods contain a high amount of fats and carbohydrates. If you want the body to take energy from fat stores and start burning unwanted fat, intake of carbohydrates and fats should be in a deficit.

Limit sweets (including sugary drinks!) and salty treats such as various crackers, bars and chips. Don’t eat out (where you’re more likely to be tempted and order quick and unhealthy fast food). Instead, plan your meals and cook at home, even for several days in advance. If a „craving“ hits you, try to chase it away with a healthy snack. If that doesn’t help either, drink a large glass of water with lemon. Or make yourself a large mug of coffee with milk.

Eggs on the menu

Eggs are probably the best option for a healthy breakfast. Experts have confirmed that people who eat chicken eggs lose weight up to twice as fast as those who prefer other foods. Therefore it’s ideal to have them for breakfast. This way you’ll prepare your body for healthy weight loss right from the morning. But you can also enjoy them as a quick snack or as a side in a salad for dinner. There’s no limit to imagination. Prepare them the way you like.

Being on a reduction diet doesn’t mean that food has to become a boring affair. There are plenty of products on the market that are not only tasty but also healthy and will help you lose weight. Buy mainly dairy products, meat, whole-grain foods and fruit and vegetables.
